🧟‍♀️🧟‍♂️The Walking Dead 🧟‍♂️🧟‍♀️

I am a Walker Stalker! Basically, that is what they call any fan of The Walking Dead.

My family and I have followed the show from the beginning and have, admittedly, gotten less and less enthusiastic about it through the years but I continue to watch out of sheer stubbornness and a desire to see how they intend to wrap it up.

Besides the recycled plots, I’m still pissed about Glenn’s brutal demise and absolutely outraged at Rick’s open-ended exit. I keep wishing Daryl would just wash his damn hair already. And, I am sick and tired of Negan’s lean/bounce. If you know, you know.

He did it the first time and it was an interesting acting choice but then someone told him it was great.

Now, he does it to punctuate

every

single

punch

word.

As much as I bitch and moan, I felt my heart leap when the tour bus stopped on the bridge for this picture:

Despite my wavering devotion, I certainly bought my $73.45 ticket and paid the $53.06 Uber fee (one way!) to trek out to the Georgia boonies for The Walking Dead Studio Tour!

My friend and I ate at Norman’s restaurant and walked through the street that served as Woodbury on the show:

We toured Hilltop and Oceanside where no pictures were allowed. We saw potential spoilers but were given dire warnings about the NDA we signed. Lawyers are definitely more scary and destructive than zombies so I won’t reveal anything.

As far as I know, this wasn’t in the show, it’s just a cool, post-apocalyptic looking train track:

I was in Atlanta, after all! What better place to reawaken my inner Walker Stalker?!

Now, I wait for the mid-season premiere and hope they don’t continue to muck it up. Although, with the introduction of the stupid “whisperers”, I don’t hold much hope.

C’mon, The Walking Dead! Get it together!

Awww, who am I kidding? I will watch until the bitter end because that’s what Walker Stalkers do.
